Great Service and Knowledge

Great service.

Y’all have been awesome! Thank you!

Guys are great, quick resolution. Veterans 💪🏼🇺🇸

Everyone is always easy to work with, and they help as quick as they possibly can. Appreciate all of you!

I’m very impressed with your operation, everyone is so very helpful fast and on time. I can’t wait to recommend you to everyone.

While helping a co-worker, Steven was transferred to help me. I hadn’t put in a ticket yet but he was more than willing to help and get me up and running.

Great bunch of guys work here and when we need help they are Johnny on the spot.

OPG,TJ’S MCS did an excellent job helping us with our security cameras. They are always courteous and patient. Steven was our tech, and he did a great job. We’ve used them for the past 6 years.

Operation Technology Group, formerly TJ’s MCS, has been very helpful to me and my company, eXtraordinary Advertising, LLC for several years now. Computer Tech, Steven Finnell is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I have peace of mind knowing our computer and or network issues are resolved the right way. If you need help with with your tech items? Give them a call. I highly recomend Steven Finnell, he is prompt and works quickly to resolve your issues.

This is a great computer company. They are very knowledgeable and courteous

Great company

My go to computer problem solvers

All goes great!!

Highly recommend! When new network security requirements were released for our particular industry, we contacted Optech/Tj’s MCS and they were able to quickly build a plan and began upgrading our entire company network (which includes 6 different business locations and 100+ pc’s and voip phones) to meet the new federal requirements and improve overall performance and efficiency.

It is a great small business. Ran by only two people I believe. They are smart and know what they are doing. A while I went in for repairs and everything went well. You can also order parts through them too.

They did a great job at a very reasonable price. Called the same day as we dropped off to let us know that it was ready!

By far one of the best places I’ve been too. All the workers including the owner are hands down the nicest people I’ve meet. Thank you for the support and getting me back up and running!

I had a dire situation with a business server with tons of valuable information and software specific programs that cashed on me and I was willing to pay untold amounts to restore. One call to TJ’s mobile computer services and TJ himself gave me a few do-it-yourself fixes. I tried the first one and instantly was so relieved. He didn’t have to do that. He could have had me drop my computer off and charged me to troubleshoot and fix the problem but instead he helped me doing myself. That to me is the benchmark of reliable service and you will have all of my computer and IT business in the future. Thanks! Steve Sommer Sommer Communication Services Inc.

3 words. ONE. STOP. SHOP.
Definitely recommend him above all.
You name it, he does it.
“Consider it done” ✅

They were able to see me right away and helped me through a stressful experience. I will be calling these guys FIRST next time.

Kind considerate service and good people. They weren’t able to directly fix my problem, but did try hard and offered more help than the people I actually paid to fix the problem. Would not accept payment, even after I offered. Amazing!

I made a call and received a call back right away. Scheduling is so easy and they come out when they say they will. Very professional, informative, and gets the job done.

Highly recommend!! I most certainly won’t hesitate to use them again! They went above & beyond to resolve my chrome book issues in a quick & timely manner. Took the time to answer all my questions & collaborate effectively throughout the entire process. Seriously I can’t say enough good things about TJ & his company!

Great veteran owned business that can fix your computer! Would recommend.

Can’t say enough good things about TJ and his staff. We’ve been using this company for years and seen this business grow. Always does great work and is very knowledgeable and helpful when you need a solution. We recommend them highly and glad to have been a part of their growth.

Our business wasn’t able to function without internet – they fit us in quickly and had everything up and running fast!

Awesome company! Repaired my computer quickly and efficiently and charged less than what I was quoted. They kept me informed every step of the way. Would definitely recommended and will use again for all my computer needs!

TJ was able to efficiently handle the problem I was having and he educated me along the way!

TJ has a wonderful work ethic. He is intelligent and capable, and it shows through in his work. I would recommend him for all your networking and repair needs. Whenever I have problems with my computers, he’s the one I call.

Chris with HG Logisitcs- TJ went above and beyond for us. We realized last minute on Friday that we needed to run patch cables to every new desk and phone and test them. Our newly remodeled sales room was supposed to be live for over 20 people that Monday. TJ came in Friday, Saturday morning (before his baseball game), Saturday afternoon (after his baseball game) and then stayed all night Saturday until everything was finished. He didn’t charge us extra pricing or OT. He came through in a big way, but also his work is flawless. Everything is detailed and clean. Thanks again..

He has been a godsend to our company.. We are not IT people and he came in here and re did everything with a minimal fee not to mention our phone provider was not able to be here and he came right out and fixed everything for us so we could be up and running. Thank you TJ for all your hard work. You will have us as customers for a lifetime!

The only it solution for our company! Thank you Tj!

TJ is the best IT / Mobile Computer Service. Always answers when you need him the most which is the hardest thing to find with Support. I will always recommend them to anyone who needs a Tech company. Thank you TJ

Always a GREAT job!! I have used TJ’s prof and priv.

TJ and his crew installed an amazing 8 camera, infrared-video surveillance system at our office. Thugs go the other direction when they see the cameras mounted on the outside of the building.

TJ did a wonderful job setting up our new office (computer monitors, etc.) back in the Fall of 2015, and did another exceptional job setting up our new phone lines today. The service provided at TJ’s Mobile Computer Service is fantastic-they are easy to contact, quick to respond, and very personable.

I had a very difficult problem and TJ never gave up. He made my computer GREAT again and I will always use his services. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know. He’s honest, fair and very reasonable. He sure knows his stuff!!!

Excellent customer service. Very reputable. Highly recommend.

I would definitely recommend TJ to anyone who is having PC difficulty! Super knowledgeable and very helpful to those that aren’t tech savvy as well! Great customer service, definitely calling them for my future IT issues.

I don’t know what we would do without TJ’s Computer Service. Our business has 5 computers and 2 laptops he has fixed everyone. He is a man you can trust!!!!

I have used TJ’s Mobile Computer Services on several occasions. From small jobs like installing printer drivers (when I didn’t have the disk) on my laptop to getting my computer linked up in the network at our office. He’s even hooked up TV monitors.

He has been able to take care of anything I ask him to do. He comes to the job site or you can take a computer to him. He is more than reasonably priced.

So if it’s wired or wireless, at your home or your office, call TJ to hook it right the first time or fix any problem you have afterward.

And yet again, TJ has come to my rescue! What was thought to be a bad motherboard and costly repair diagnosed by the squad, was really the power supply! The squad even said, “It’s not the power supply.” I asked them that first off! Thanks TJ for the correct diagnosis and taking care of my computer as if it was your own!

TJ repaired a couple of computers for me over the past year or so. He is dedicated to his customers, and stands by his work. I would recommend TJ to anyone that is looking for PC Sales and/or Service!

Highly recommend Op Tech. Very knowledgeable team, always helpful and overall a great team to work with.

Just amazing Service

Always a pleasure to get professional service right away and have any issues small or large resolved in a timely manner.
